Your basic purchase includes minor updates and support for 30 days*.
Annual maintenance contracts are available for 349.00 US Funds that will
extend the above for 1 Year, and will include major version
upgrades. Otherwise updates are handled on a full cost, per user bases.
What do you
mean by "per user"? ServiceXp Pro will only allow simultaneous access of the
data file by the number of users you have licenses for. This is a one time
licensing fee, not a subscription, so your software will never expire.
NOTE: ServiceXp Pro is not internationalized,
and therefore licensing is only available to
companies that operate in the United
Stated and Canada.
